Housing Officer
Localities - Housing Service

Salary: £34,452 - £40,501 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

  • 1 Full Time post at North East Locality
  • 1 Part Time post at South East Locality (20 hrs per week)

Housing officers play an important role in delivering a wide range of housing management duties, community consultation, local investment and projects.

The housing officer is the key contact for our tenants who are experiencing difficulties with tenancy related issues and the ability to communicate with care, respect and empathy are key to this role.

We are seeking innovative and flexible individuals to join our locality housing teams across the city.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
