This is an exciting opportunity to work with those who are vulnerable and homeless, to ensure their safety and wellbeing in the community they live in.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible to ensure those housed by Maninplace across the borough of Telford and Wrekin, feel safe and are safe.
As part of this dedicated team, you will be part of the first response to out-of-hours emergencies working with your fellow employees to provide swift and appropriate action.
You may also play a part in responding to customer referrals made to the organisation, ensuring customers coming into Maninplace accommodation outside of normal working hours.

Night-Time Team Leaders
Location of Work
Working at various Maninplace properties and responding to business needs across the borough of Telford and Wrekin.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible to ensure those housed by Maninplace across the borough of Telford and Wrekin, feel safe and are safe.

You may also play a part in responding to customer referrals made to the organisation, ensuring customers coming into Maninplace accommodation outside of normal working hours.
Hours of Work
- Average of 42 hours per week.
- Shift working pattern of 4 nights on and 4 nights off 12 hour shifts.
- Working hours range from 6pm- 6am and 9pm - 9am
- Maninplace operates 365 days a year, therefore shifts will include bank holiday and festive period working
- £26,950.56 per annum. Pay is annualised so you will receive 12 equal payments on the 27th of each month.
- Statutory annual leave entitlement
- 1 day recognition after 1 year of service.
- Any break entitlement will be paid to take on site.
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile for in work travel.
- Organisation rebate for signing up to DBS update service.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualifications at level GCSE or above in English, Maths.
- Experience of CCTV operation is desirable but not essential.
- Must be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for all applicants
