The role

Official title 'Village Manager'.

Are you passionate about improving communities and the lives of our residents? Are you committed to putting our residents first ensuring their homes are safe? If this sounds like you, Join us as a Village Manager and you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and housing services in a mixed tenure development based at Celebration Avenue - Stratford.

What you'll be doing:
  • To own and manage the customer relationship meeting individual and community needs.
  • To provide innovative mixed tenure landlord services within a patch.
  • To ensure Triathlon Homes delivers excellent tenancy management and leads in customer excellence.
The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility required depending on business need.

What you'll need:
  • Experience of working in a customer services environment
  • Knowledge of the legal framework for delivering tenancy and leasehold management
  • Experience of managing expectations and innovating to achieve results
  • Ability to produce, analyse and present information in a clear transparent way that is easily understood
  • Demonstrable effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, prioritise and manage competing demands
