We are looking for two Housing Options and Homelessness Access Advisor's to join the Housing Options service.
The Role
You will work within a call centre environment receiving enquiries from customers made by phone, face to face and via electronic media providing clear, consistent, and high-quality housing and homelessness advice. At Derby Homes we embrace a culture that puts our customers first, adopting a practical and innovative approach to delivering our services. The role sits within our Housing Options service who are committed to supporting customers that are facing homelessness and enabling access to affordable housing.
What will I be doing in this role?
The role is key within the Housing Options service, as you will be the first point of contact for the wider team. As a Housing Options and Homelessness Access Advisor you will be taking calls and answering queries received electronically to those seeking housing and homelessness assistance. You will maintain accurate customer records and refer customers for further support and advice, if needed. The work is fast paced and demanding; you must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, be a great communicator and show enthusiasm and professionalism.
