Ringfenced for Care Experienced People

Fixed Term 12 months

Full Time 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for Care Experienced People to join our Housing Support Team. We are recruiting to 3 x 12 month fixed term posts, one based in Exeter, one in Barnstaple and one in Totnes.

We are seeking 3 individuals who will be able to support our Service Users to make Devon Home Choice Applications, Complete move on panel papers and Hub Forms. The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate they can work as part of a team with Personal Advisors, Placement Providers, Foster Carers and Care Experienced Young People.
