Are you passionate about helping people live independently with dignity, choice, and security? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking a proactive and reliable individual to assess support needs, coordinate services, and develop strong, positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and partner organisations.
To succeed in this role, you'll have experience in supported housing or care services, a good understanding of welfare benefits, and the confidence to solve problems and work independently.

This is a temporary position, lasting for a period of up to 7 months.
