What you'll be doing:

As a Housing with Support Officer you will promote independence, dignity and choice, for older people with support needs. You will have a key role in co-ordinating support for older people, including the assessment of support needs, thereby enabling independence, privacy and security.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • We are looking for candidates with a positive, "can do" attitude who are able to demonstrate experience of developing effective working relationships with a range of customers and staff.
  • You will work as part of a team and have knowledge of supported housing, welfare benefits and care services for older people.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is essential.
  • You will need to be an effective problem solver and be able to work on your own initiative.
  • The role requires the use of basic computer applications, such as, MS outlook, word and excel and requires evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • You will need to work flexibly demonstrating experience of working in a customer focused environment.
