About the role
As a Housing with Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting older people to live safely, confidently, and independently in their homes. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and partners, you'll help co-ordinate personalised support that promotes choice, wellbeing and security.
This is a temporary position for up to 6 months, with the possibility for extension - ideal for someone looking to bring their experience and empathy to a rewarding, people-focused role.

What you'll be doing
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
- Assessing support needs and helping residents maintain independence
- Co-ordinating services and support plans tailored to individuals
- Responding to queries, challenges and day-to-day needs with a practical, solution-focused approach
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
We're keen to hear from people who are:

- Experienced (or knowledgeable) in supported housing, welfare benefits, or services for older people

- This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check
- Flexibility is required to meet the needs of residents and the service
