We are looking for a dedicated Housing Support Officer to join our Community Partnerships Service within Housing and Communities. This is an exciting opportunity to provide person-centred support to tenants with multiple needs, helping them maintain their tenancies and avoid homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of tenants with complex needs, delivering trauma-informed, holistic support.
- Co-producing SMART support plans and risk assessments suited to individual needs.
- Advocating for tenants to ensure fair access to services and opportunities.
- Identifying safeguarding concerns and making appropriate referrals.
- Working with agencies to help tenants access education, employment, training, and community activities.
You'll be someone who thrives on making a positive impact and can work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for:
- Experience in housing support or similar roles, working with complex cases.
- Knowledge of housing management, support practices, and anti-social behaviour legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Confidence in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
