It is mandatory for our Housing Support Worker's to use their own vehicle every day. Please state you have a driving license and access to your own vehicle on your CV or Application form.

What you'll be doing
The Housing Support worker will be working 1-2-1 with customers to support with a variety of tasks and promote independence within their home.
You'll develop, implement and monitor support plans for your customers. The tasks will include, but not only:
The Housing Support worker will be required to accurately record all customer interactions on our bespoke IT system.
This is a rewarding role working in the local community supporting older people from different backgrounds.

This role can be challenging at times as you will be working with and supporting customers from all walks of life; it will be fast paced, so an attention to detail, using your initiative and problem solving will be key.
When and where you'll be working
This is a customer facing role, you will be working 30 hours a week between Monday and Friday (preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) between 8am - 5.00pm, based on our customers' needs. You will be responsible for organising your own workload and setting your diary appointments.
You'll be based in the office in Hillcrest, Peasedown St John, Bath, BA2 8JR, however, you will be visiting your customer base in the surrounding areas.
It is mandatory for the Housing Support Worker to use their own vehicle every day.

- Liaise with care agencies and social workers.
