The Role
The post holder will be working within Doncaster with support services for vulnerable adults, particularly those individuals of an offending background and complex needs.
Responsibilities include:
Housing Management
You will be allocated a caseload of clients who you will support for the agreed contractual hours.
We have offices in each area where you can collaborate with other colleagues and managers. You can discuss your client needs and issues as support for yourself and others.
Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.
We offer
A starting salary of £25,715, after a full 1 years' service this will rise to £27,025 and further years' service, this will rise to £27,995.
You will get an initial 28 days Annual Leave with an additional day a year up to 33 days leave, PLUS 8 Bank Holidays.

The Role
The post holder will be working within Doncaster with support services for vulnerable adults, particularly those individuals of an offending background and complex needs.
Responsibilities include:
Housing Management
- Engage with referral agencies to generate referrals for the service
- To undertake appropriate assessments for potential service users and to review and update these as required
- To complete all documentation including tenure agreements, property inventory, disclosure forms and an application for housing benefit
- Maximize rent collection, ensuring successful housing and other welfare benefit claims are submitted and maintained
- Maintain contact with service users in accordance with the requirements of the service
- Design and deliver an effective person-centred support plan
- Complete and regularly review safety plans
- Meet service users in the community and at home and, where necessary, accompany them to appointments with relevant agencies
- Develop professional relationships with a range of external agencies
- Support service users to integrate into the community
- Develop a move-on plan for service users
- To keep clear and comprehensive records and case notes.
- A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Business insurance will be required.
