The Role
As a Housing Support Worker at CCP, you will play a vital role in supporting those accessing CCP services. This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, based in Worcestershire.

Position: Housing Support Worker (Job ID 1024)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Location: Worcestershire (with the option to work a mix of hybrid home/office working)
Pay: £24,570 pa - Band B

**Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.

The Role
As a Housing Support Worker at CCP, you will play a vital role in supporting those accessing CCP services. This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, based in Worcestershire.
What You'll Do
- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals accessing our services, who are homeless or experiencing eviction proceedings.
- Support people to avoid eviction or source alternative accommodation where required.
- Be involved in the co-production and implementation of action plans, in line with the wishes of the individual and the requirements of the contract.
- Liaise with relevant partners to ensure that all needs are being met to support portable and sustainable housing outcomes.
- Work with individuals to promote their independence.
- Diligently and proactively maintain high levels of health, safety and cleanliness across all sites by carrying out regular checks and taking appropriate action.
