We are currently looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our progressive Housing team based in Romford. The right candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of our Romford hostel, ensuring that client support needs are addressed and that ultimately, they are prepared for a positive move-on.
You will have experience of working with socially excluded young people as well as specific experience in one area of support work i.e. skills training, drug dependency, work with offenders etc.
The Housing Support Worker will effectively manage a caseload that provides constructive guidance to clients through dynamic support planning as well as oversee individual rent accounts to minimise the risk of arrears and loss of accommodation.

Summary of Job Profile:
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 1st May 2027 (Mat Cover)
- Working Pattern: Full Time/ 37.5 days per week, Monday to Friday shifts vary 8am to 4pm or 2pm to 10pm including Bank Holidays and weekends every 7 weeks.
