The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, housing related floating support to people aged 50+ across Blaenau Gwent, and in particular, those adults at risk or in crisis situations.

Disclosure & Barring Service Disclosures
This post will result in you having substantial contact with the elderly. The Charity, therefore, requires that if you are successful in your application, you will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
Training
If you are successful in your application, you will be required to undertake all mandatory training relevant to the role and be responsible for your own Continuing Professional Development.
