Your purpose
Supporting the planning, organisation, and delivery of learning and development activities within Bellrock. This role involves managing the logistics of both internal and external training programmes, assisting in maintaining training records and the Apprenticeship Service account, and providing administrative support to ensure the effective and inclusive delivery of learning initiatives. Additionally, you will support the in-house delivery of training sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of all participants.

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from home Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break with frequent travel to site to provide training.

And as a Learning & Development Advisor with Bellrock, you'll do it by...
Provide administrative and logistical support for various learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including CMI Leadership and Management programs and MBTI Team Building sessions.
- Communicate with employees about upcoming training sessions, ensuring timely invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of training activities.
- Assist in the development of training programs by offering administrative support and contributing to content creation when needed.
- Support the Apprenticeship program by enrolling new apprentices, addressing queries, and offering guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Advise staff on development opportunities and recommend relevant external training providers and courses.
- Deliver in-house training sessions where appropriate, contributing to the delivery and facilitation of training programs.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service, responding efficiently to all training-related inquiries.
- Ensure the Learning Directory is current, reflecting accurate information about training providers and opportunities.
- Attend learning and development events, both online and in person, to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all L&D initiatives, supporting career progression for underrepresented groups.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in learning and development while developing a diverse skill set.
- Assist in the ongoing development and delivery of the Bellrock Academy.
- Provide support for the Graduate scheme, ensuring an engaging and meaningful experience for participants.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, supporting the broader L&D function.
