United Living is growing. Fast. With a strong contract pipeline and ambitious plans ahead, we're building capability right across the business - and L&D is at the heart of it.

We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Learning & Development Advisor to join our Group L&D team. In this role, you'll support learning activities across Central Services and the wider Group, ensuring we have the right training, systems and processes in place to support both compliance and colleague development.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery and administration of our PDR (performance development review) process, including system updates, user guides, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate training data and produce regular reports for senior leadership and business reviews.
  • Work closely with colleagues across HR, Early Careers and business MDs to ensure effective delivery of L&D initiatives.

  • Provide general L&D administration support, including supplier coordination, invoice processing, and CITB grant applications.
  • Acting as central L&D contact, partnering with pillar HRBPs and operational leaders to support the logistics of delivering impactful development initiatives - including the next phase of the Leadership & Management programme

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
