We're looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR Team, in this brand-new role. In this wide and varied Learning and Development Advisor role, you will:
- Design and deliver learning interventions including workshops and e-learning modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through performance metrics
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is current and engaging
- Sourcing and managing relationships with external training providers
- Support Talent and Development Business Partner in identifying learning and development needs across the business
- Experience in HR/learning & development/training
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of data and analytics
- Clear understanding of the full learning cycle
