- Salary: Watch Manager B in accordance with NJC pay scales/ or Grade 6 - £40,777 (Green Book) per annum (pro rata for part time)
- Hours: 42/37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role will be based at Wattisham Training Centre, you will be required to work in other locations across the County to ensure we meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.
Your role and responsibilities
You will
- manage the team, ensuring a high quality and inclusive service is provided
- manage questions and queries relating to the Service progression Document (SPD)
- work with the LMS manager to review content in readiness for our new system
- audit Performance and Development Review (PDR) Statutory and mandatory training completion
- work with the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Coordinator to ensure compliance
- work with the Organisational Development Manager on a change project
- manage and running the CFA process
- work with TLD to ensure all material is up to date and relevant.
- a genuine interest in the development of individuals
- an appetite for leading others through change
- the ability to manage the demands and expectations of our internal stakeholders
- the skills to influence others and manage challenges in a positive yet productive manner
- to enjoy evaluation, analysing data, and improving processes
- experience of managing a team
- be confident with Microsoft 365, Oracle and Training Record System (TRS)
- to be a natural planner and organiser
- to work on site at Wattisham Training Centre for the majority of the week.
