WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING?
This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Dubai, Dublin and Warsaw offices, and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations HR Business Partnering and the CSR and Diversity team.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?
This purpose of this role is to:
• Create digital learning content using a range of technologies including AI.
• Support the creation, coordination and facilitation of programmes, including any associated digital content creation.
• Support the design and delivery of learning content for individuals and teams across the firm
There is huge scope for you to develop your skills and knowledge of learning engagement across the employee lifecycle. The core elements of the role include;
DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGN & DELIVERY
• Design and production of elements of AG's on demand learning library
• Facilitate virtual and face to face team sessions where required
• Deliver virtual and face to face learning across the business where required
• Keep abreast of external L&D trends to help shape our internal offering
CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS
• Support the development, coordination and delivery of the firm's Career Development Programmes
• Support and involvement in wider strategic projects, taking the lead on specific elements or projects as required
BUSINESS PARTNERING / LEARNING NEEDS ANALYSIS / STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
• Partnering with specific teams / groups to understand and identify development needs and establish appropriate solutions
• Support the L&D team to consult with internal clients and identify topics of learning content
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to support the delivery of learning solutions, ensuring maximum value for the business
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Any successful applicant will need the following skills and competencies:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence an audience
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a busy team
• Ability to build and grow relationships, as an internal business partner for learning, and with stakeholders and team members
• Experience of designing digital content, adapting design and approach to suit audience, delivery channel and environment
• Experience of working with AI and other digital content creation tools, including AI
• Experience in marketing and engaging with audiences in content
• Strong Microsoft office skills and comfortable working with systems
• Desirable: Knowledge and experience of working with a Learning Management System or content platform
• Desirable: Insights Discovery, Strengthscope or other Psychometrics
• Desirable: Proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, CANVA (or similar platforms), Articulate 360
