We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team which provides a customer focused corporate learning service. We are looking for someone who loves learning and helping others to learn. This part time post (12hours per week) is covering maternity leave for a period of 36 weeks.

The role is project based with a specific focus on designing and delivering a new management development course to enhance and support our current management development programmes at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a learning and development setting. With experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high impact learning and development programmes (virtual, face to face).

We would welcome internal applications or on a secondment basis from other boards.
