About the Role
As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping our colleagues develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding care and education every day.
Working as part of our friendly Learning and Development Team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programmes - from our two-week new starter induction to specialist and leadership development sessions.

Working as part of our friendly Learning and Development Team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programmes - from our two-week new starter induction to specialist and leadership development sessions.
You'll also:
- Deliver statutory and refresher training, including Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.
- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and create tailored development opportunities.
- Ensure training is compliant with CQC, Ofsted and HSE standards.
- Help us build a positive, continuous learning culture that reflects our values and ambition.
About You
You're a natural communicator who inspires confidence and curiosity. You'll bring:
- Experience delivering engaging, interactive training sessions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools.
- Knowledge of learning needs in health, education, or social care settings.
- Ideally, a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience or training qualification) and a love for developing others.
