We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning and Development Advisor to join our friendly HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to support colleagues' development, build strong relationships with training providers, maintain our training compliance, and contribute to key internal events such as our Staff Conference.

What you will be doing:
- Ensuring our training programme runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets organisational needs.
- Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver high quality learning opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting on training compliance.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events that bring teams together.
- Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships at all levels.
- Can work independently, use their initiative, and take ownership of their work.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Can analyse data and prepare clear, accurate compliance reports.
- Collaborates well with others and contributes to a compassionate, inclusive and respectful team culture.
