We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Learning and Development team at Greggs as a Learning and Development Advisor to help us shape the future of learning across the business

About the role
  • This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Greggs House, Quorum Park, Newcastle
What you'll do
  • Lead on the design and facilitation of our core learning offer including facilitated sessions and self-directed learning resources.
  • Lead on designs for digital learning materials for key business initiatives, working alongside the Content Owners and the Digital Learning Team
  • Lead on Learning at Work Week and similar initiatives
  • Support with the design and delivery of our talent development programmes
  • Lead on content updates for the internal Learning Hub
  • Liaise with operational L&D teams in Retail and Supply to align the learning schedule and offer across the business
About you

You'll fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:
  • Very strong creative skills to produce session plans, storyboards, and learning support materials
  • Excellent facilitation skills, both face-to-face and in virtual environments
  • Extensive knowledge of learning theories and hands-on experience managing the full learning cycle (analysis, design, facilitation, and evaluation)
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities
  • Excellent digital and technology skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and Canva
  • A genuine passion for helping people maximise their potential
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • A blend of innovation, creativity, and pragmatism to design solutions that truly work for our colleagues
