This will include designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the College's strategic goals, promoting skill development, and supporting professional growth across departments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, ensuring they meet the diverse learning needs of employees
- Working with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Developing e-learning materials, instructional resources, and facilitating workshops / sessions
- Co-ordinating the annual calendar of training events and initiatives for staff
- Maintaining accurate records on the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking participation, progress, and completion rates
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a learning and development or training role
- Experience in creating and delivering e-learning content
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes
