An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Children & Families Workforce Development Team for a Learning & Development Officer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to apply and develop their skills to support our workforce in delivering outstanding services.
What you'll be doing
The main purpose of this role is to work with our Practice Development Lead to ensure the successful development, commissioning and delivery of our training and CPD offer across the workforce.
You will work creatively with colleagues across the service and with training providers, gathering feedback and reviewing the offer to ensure that this has the desired impact.
Could this be you?
Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills Strong communication and networking skills The ability to interpret and present data to support outcomes. Flexible to meet the needs of the service.
