We're excited to introduce a brand-new Leasehold Manager role - a fantastic opportunity to shape how we deliver services to our Shared Owners and leasehold customers. You'll lead a small, dedicated team and take ownership of all leasehold management activity, ensuring customers receive a responsive, high-quality, and compliant service. Working closely with Housing, Finance, Property Services and external partners, you'll be at the heart of creating a modern, customer-focused leasehold offer. Most importantly, you'll be driven to deliver the best possible services to our customers.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage leasehold services for Shared Owners, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
- Support and guide the Leasehold team.
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate, timely service charge statements.
- Lead the staircasing process from application to completion.
- Manage complex leasehold enquiries from customers, solicitors and partner organisations.
- Drive continuous improvement using customer feedback and best practice.
- Support enforcement of leases and agreements where required.
- Collaborate with Property Services and Asset teams to coordinate planned and responsive repairs, including Section 20 consultations.
- Monitor arrears with Regional Housing Managers and reduce leasehold debt.
- Benchmark services with other housing providers to support improvement and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of leasehold management, Shared Ownership, and relevant legislation including Housing Acts and the Landlord & Tenant Act.
- IRPM qualification and understanding of Tier 1 Tribunals.
- Experience delivering high-quality services against performance standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident using databases such as Open Housing.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations and communicate complex information clearly.
