The role

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient lettings service which achieves stated relet times, consistently improving customer satisfaction levels, minimisation of void rent loss, sustainable tenancies, and financial stability of the Regenda Group. To take a role in ensuring the effective delivery of high quality, value for money, customer focussed income & lettings services, ensuring that the customer voice is heard and utilised to deliver positive outcomes.

Follow housing policies and procedures effectively and understand the roles responsibilities, ensuring we remain legally compliant, whilst meeting regulatory requirements and the needs of our customers. Ensure the customer voice is at the heart of service delivery, using complaints and satisfaction survey results to drive continuous improvement and ensuring all customers are treated fairly, with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics, and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.

The right fit
  • Experience of working in a similar lettings based role.
  • Knowledge of social housing regulations would be preferable.
  • Solid ICT skills, knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • An excellent, customer centric approach, good interpersonal skills with an ability to develop excellent working relationships.
  • Be flexible, resilient and able to manage change.
  • The ability to operate at pace and be adaptable to changing priorities in a results driven environment.
  • Must be able to drive, have access to a car and hold a valid driving licence.

We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
