Main Responsibilities:
- Manage housing allocations and tenancy terminations within a designated area.
- Provide advice and support to tenants, ensuring properties are allocated efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Develop marketing materials to advertise homes and support customers through the onboarding process.
- Assess housing applications in line with policies, taking a risk-based approach to ensure sustainable tenancies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, neighbourhood teams, and the Local Authority to coordinate lettings, including new developments.
- Maintain high data quality in housing systems and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) and a full UK driving licence.
- Experience in housing or a customer service environment is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in IT systems and data analysis.
- Compassionate approach to customer service, with knowledge of safeguarding policies.
