This is a part time role offering 18.5 hours a week, we're open to discuss how these hours would suit the best candidate.

What it's like to work here

As a Lettings Officer, you'll play a vital part in the management of our residential let estate. You'll support the specification, refurbishment, letting and ongoing management of residential properties, helping us achieve sustainable standards and deliver a high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with the Wales Lettings Manager and other property professionals to maintain accurate tenancy and building condition data, identify opportunities for income generation, and contribute to estate planning. You'll also help coach and support teams locally, sharing your expertise to build capability and raise the Trust's profile.

This is a role where your knowledge and enthusiasm will help bring places to life - not just for those who live in them, but for the communities around them.

Who we're looking for

Applications from redeployees are assessed against the minimum criteria for the role. In your application, please provide details of how you meet the minimum criteria below:

• experince in property lettings management

• proven experince in delivering great customer service and communicating

• an awareness of compliance and legal obligations within lettings management

• experince in maintaining databases

• demonstrable experince in building good stakeholder relations

Criteria for all other applicants:

• accreditation from Rent Smart Wales, ARLA (or be working towards it), or similar professional recognition

• demonstrable experience in residential lettings and property management

• a good understanding of refurbishment, legislation, and the local lettings market

• strong analytical and data management skills

• excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• a collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for delivering great service
