Are you a commercially-minded operator who believes that school estates should be more than just classrooms? We are looking for a Lettings Officer to transform our diverse estate into a thriving resource for both education and the community.

In this newly created role, you won't just be managing bookings; you will be the architect of a Trust-wide commercial lettings function. You will lead the charge in maximizing income while ensuring our "community-first" principles remain at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the driving force behind our commercial growth and operational excellence:
  • Strategy & Growth: Design and deliver a phased plan to increase lettings income; audit our various spaces to uncover hidden potential.
  • Operational Leadership: Own the end-to-end process-from the first enquiry to booking, invoicing, and customer care.
  • Systems Innovation: Procure and implement a Trust-wide lettings platform to ensure our processes are scalable, consistent, and user-friendly.
  • Compliance & Performance: Work closely with Finance and Estates to ensure all activity is safe, compliant (Safeguarding/Insurance), and meeting performance KPIs.
Who You Are

We are looking for a proactive coordinator who can balance commercial "hustle" with operational discipline.

Essential Experience:

* A background in a commercially focused operational or coordination role (e.g., Lettings, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Events).

* A proven track record of managing end-to-end processes and improving workflows.

* The ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, from school leaders to local community groups.

* A tech-savvy approach-you are comfortable implementing new systems and platforms.

Desirable Skills:

* Previous experience within the education sector or a multi-site environment.

* Familiarity with estates, facilities, or community-use building regulations.
