Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Assistant (Housing Administrator)
Salary: £22,890-£28,612 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus London Allowance of £2,739 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: Pollards Hill, London. This role offers agile working. You'll be required to work from the office three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and the remainder from home.
We're currently looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Assistant to join our team.
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in your community? We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our centralised team of Neighbourhood Housing Assistants. In this role you'll be based at our Pollards Hill, London office where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer liaison, administration, and reception services. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll handle tenancy and neighbourhood queries with professionalism and care, helping to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.
