About the Team:
Neighbourhood Housing Management Team provides a frontline housing management service to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders involving casework, the investigation and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints and disputes.
About the Role:
You will have responsibility for the management of Neighbourhood Housing Services and be responsible for carrying out management functions in a number of key areas. Your team will be providing a frontline housing management service to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders involving casework, the investigation and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints, disputes and estate management.
The post holder will be expected to effectively manage the resources of a neighbourhood team to ensure that the Council's neighbourhood housing services are delivered to defined standard including regular review and monitoring of performance and setting targets as required. As part of this process, you will provide guidance, support and leadership to the Seniors and their staff and also develop and maintain effective partnership working across the service both internal and external.
You will also be expected to lead on the development and delivery of service improvements within the area. This will be an excellent opportunity to further your career in housing management.
