To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experiences in
- Managing a Neighbourhood patch, that provides tenancy neutral Housing and Estate management services.
- Managing different patches depending on service requirements
- Managing a Neighbourhood patch of approx. 1000 properties.
- Pro-actively managing all potential hazards and Fire Risk Assessments.
- Support and sustain tenancies to prevent homelessness through the provision of general tenancy support to residents.
- To take action concerning breach of tenancy, removal of squatters, unauthorised occupants, authorising successions, assignments including attending Court to give evidence.
- Be sympathetic in managing stressful circumstances with clients via various communication platforms, including home visit and when representing the Council in court.
- Managing a portfolio of tenancy sustainment cases e.g. Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Hoarding.
- Competitive salary £42,264 to £44,235.
