Are you ready to makea real impact in the heart of vibrant communities? As a Neighbourhood Manager atA2Dominion, no two days will ever be the same. You'll be the face of thecompany, directly shaping the lives of residents by providing the support, careand attention that make their communities thrive!

You'll play a crucialrole in delivering exceptional neighbourhood management across a diverseportfolio of residential and mixed tenured buildings. Your work will directlyenhance the safety, wellbeing and satisfaction of our residents, while ensuringcompliance with all regulations.

From conducting estateinspections and managing building safety, to handling tendency issues likeanti-social behaviour and safeguarding, you'll be at the forefront of creatingvibrant, thriving communities.

Keyresponsibilities:
- Conduct estate,scheme, and property inspections to maintain high standards of safety andcleanliness.
- Support residentswith tenancy management issues such as anti-social behaviour, disputes, andsafeguarding concerns.
- Work closelywith internal departments and external partners to address building maintenanceand safety.
- Engage withresidents through regular communication, ensuring their concerns are heard andacted upon.
- Providetailored support to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their needsare met.
- Gather feedbackfrom residents to continually improve services and ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the company in externalmeetings, attend court proceedings, and support residents through variousissues.

More about you:
You'repassionate about making a difference and have a strong foundation in housingmanagement, with experience or a willingness to learn about building safety,fire safety, and tenancy issues. You understand the importance of safeguardingand are committed to helping residents, especially vulnerable groups, feel safeand supported.

Youhave some experience in managing tenancy matters, such as anti-socialbehaviour, and an understanding of housing law and regulations, or you're eagerto develop your knowledge in these areas. You thrive in problem-solving, andyou're able to communicate clearly and effectively with residents from allbackgrounds, simplifying complex issues when needed. You're IT-savvy,comfortable with tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and have an eye for detailwhen it comes to data.

Aclean UK driving licence is essential, and if you don't already hold a professionalhousing qualification, you'll be ready to work towards one. You're ready tostep into a role where your skills will make a lasting impact!
