Neighbourhood Manager
Location: Staines
Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday -Friday
Salary: £34,800 - £36,631

We'relooking for a proactive and dynamic Neighbourhood Manager to join ourteam and take ownership of tenancy management across our estates. You'll play akey role in maintaining safe, well-managed communities by conducting estateinspections, managing tenancy issues, and engaging with residents to ensurehigh standards of living and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular estate inspections and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Ensure buildings and systems meet statutory and fire safety requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to uphold building safety.
* Engage residents in maintaining safety measures and promoting good housekeeping.
* Lead on resident engagement strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
* Manage decants from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and cost control.
* Handle tenancy management including ASB, safeguarding, hoarding, and breaches, escalating where necessary.
* Provide expert advice and support to residents on tenancy matters.
* Represent A2Dominion at court hearings, case conferences, and external forums.
* Identify and escalate risks to building safety and challenge unacceptable practices.
* Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders.
* Work with the service charge team to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
More about you
* GCSEs (Grades A*-C) in Maths and English or equivalent.
* Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and data analysis.
* Proven experience supporting diverse and vulnerable residents.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of housing law, welfare benefits, and financial inclusion (desirable).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
