Your work will directly enhance the safety, wellbeing andsatisfaction of our residents, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.From conducting estate inspections and managing building safety, to handlingtendency issues like Noise Complaints and safeguarding, you'll be at theforefront of creating vibrant, thriving communities.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct estate, scheme, and property inspections to maintain high standardsof safety and cleanliness.
* Support residents with tenancy management issues such as noise complaints,disputes, and safeguarding concerns.
* Work closely with internal departments and external partners to addressbuilding maintenance and safety.
* Engage with residents through regular communication, ensuring their concernsare heard and acted upon.
* Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuringtheir needs are met.
* Gather feedback from residents to continually improve services and ensuresatisfaction.
* Represent the company in external meetings, attend court proceedings, andsupport residents through various issues.
About you:
* You really care about making a difference and want to help people feel safeand supported in their homes.
* You've got some experience in housing, or, you're keen tolearn about building safety, fire safety, and tenancy issues.
* You understand how important it is to look out for peopleespecially those who might be vulnerable, and you want to be someone ourresidents can trust and turn to when they need help.
* Experience dealing with tenancy matters, like noise orneighbour concerns, and you're either familiar with housing policies andregulations or open to learning as you go. You enjoy solving problems and canexplain things clearly, in a way that makes sense to everyone.
* Confident using tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel, andyou pick up new systems quickly. You also pay attention to detail, especiallywhen it comes to keeping information accurate and up to date.
* You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,where priorities can change quickly, and you're able to stay organised whilejuggling multiple tasks at once.
