As aNeighbourhood Manager at A2Dominion, no two days will ever be the same. You'llbe the face of the company, directly shaping the lives of residents byproviding the support, care and attention that make their communities thrive!You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional neighbourhood managementacross a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed tenured buildings. Yourwork will directly enhance the safety, wellbeing and satisfaction of ourresidents, while ensuring compliance with all regulations. From conductingestate inspections and managing building safety, to handling tendency issueslike Noise Complaints and safeguarding, you'll be at the forefront of creatingvibrant, thriving communities.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct estate, scheme, and property inspections to maintain high standardsof safety and cleanliness.
* Support residents with tenancy management issues such as noise complaints,disputes, and safeguarding concerns.
* Work closely with internal departments and external partners to addressbuilding maintenance and safety.
* Engage with residents through regular communication, ensuring their concernsare heard and acted upon.
* Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuringtheir needs are met.
* Gather feedback from residents to continually improve services and ensuresatisfaction.
* Represent the company in external meetings, attend court proceedings, andsupport residents through various issues.

More about you
* Experience in customer-facing roles; whether in housing, community work,local authority services, social care, customer resolution or any comparablefield where you have resolved issues, managed cases or handled complaints.
* You will be able to work independently, manage a busy workload and make sounddecisions under pressure
* A confident communicator who can engage residents, challenge behaviour whenrequired and build strong professional relationships; and be highly organised
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills. You will becomfortable carrying out regular estate visits, inspections and face-to-facemeetings,
* Strong IT literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly andunderstand safeguarding principles with a willingness to escalate concernsappropriately.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.

Desirable:
* Awareness of tenancy law, ASB processes, or building safety
* Experience supporting vulnerable people or managing complex cases
* Training/qualification in safeguarding, ASB, mediation, or health &safety
* Experience using CRM systems or case-management tools
