
Neighbourhood Manager

We’re looking for a Neighbourhood Manager to be the face of our organisation in their local areas. You’ll take pride in building strong relationships with residents, partners and colleagues, and in delivering services that are simple, safe and smart.
About the role
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daytoday management of your patch, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring residents feel listened to, supported and informed.

What you’ll be doing
• Acting as the single point of contact for residents across a mixedtenure neighbourhood
• Managing tenancies and leasehold matters, including enforcement where needed
• Creating and delivering costed Neighbourhood Plans to improve satisfaction, safety and performance
• Carrying out estate, scheme and property inspections, identifying issues and driving improvement
• Working with managing agents (where applicable), monitoring performance and ensuring services meet agreed standards and resident expectations
• Responding to complaints, ASB and community safety concerns with fairness, empathy and professionalism
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build safe, inclusive and thriving neighbourhoods
• Championing customer engagement and ensuring services are accessible, high quality and value for money
What we’re looking for

• Experience in a customerfacing role, ideally within housing management or the social housing sector
• Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management, enforcement and safeguarding
• Confidence managing a varied caseload, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• A resilient, compassionate and problemsolving mindset
• Willingness to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Housing Management, if not already held
