We're looking for a Neighbourhood Manager (Independent Living and tenancy lead) to join our team! Contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke offices, this is a permanent position, working 37 hours a week with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working.

Here's the facts about the role:

We're looking for a Neighbourhood Manager (Independent Living Lead) to manage our Neighbourhood and Independent Living teams. In this role, you will drive high-quality, customer-focused housing services while ensuring our customers' voices shape our service delivery. You'll be a position to empower and support VIVID's teams to deliver proactive, responsive services that enhance our customers satisfaction and continuously improve the communities we serve. You'll make sure that our customers' voices are heard, and customers have real influence in shaping our services.

As the Neighbourhood Manager, you will collaborate across departments and with external partners and stakeholders, fostering strategic relationships that support our mission to deliver the best neighbourhood and independent living services. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in estate management, H&S and customer engagement, ensuring that our policies are fair to all, up-to-date, and consistently applied.

You'll lead our Independent Living team, taking ownership of service improvements, and ensuring that all contracts are effectively managed. You'll play a key part in developing solutions to meet our customers' needs, driving digital transformation, and ensuring our services offer great value for money.

You'll have a strong background in housing management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Knowledge and previous experience managing Older Persons residential services would be ideal in this role, along with sound knowledge of housing legislation.

This role is subject to a DBS check.
