You'll work closely with residents to support tenancy sustainment, tackle anti-social behaviour, maintain neighbourhood standards, and reduce empty homes.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality housing management services that reflect LHP's mission of building stronger communities and improving lives.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience delivering empathetic, customer-focused services
- Can build strong partnerships with teams, residents, and external agencies
- Communicates clearly and effectively in person, in writing, and digitally
- Is confident, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Understands housing-related policies, tenancy management, and safeguarding
- Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Has up-to-date knowledge of housing regulations and best practice
