The Vacancy

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person with exceptional people skills to work in the heart of our communities as the first point of contact for tenants.

As part of the role you will deliver a comprehensive, high quality neighbourhood management service, which is customer focused and delivered in an efficient and effective manner. To help MHA create sustainable tenancies and neighbourhoods.

Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Check

Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home

Hours: 37 per week

The Company

Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) is a Welsh registered social landlord, located in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.

We have nearly 250 staff and manage and maintain around 3,600 homes and 270 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other land around and within our estates.

What we do

We build quality affordable homes and provide a wide range of services to our tenants, these include repairs, money and employment advice, as well as support and wellbeing services.

Our vision is to create thriving communities where tenants can prosper and have a brilliant quality of life, so our customers are absolutely at the centre of everything we do.

In the last year we have created modern, 'innovative' homes using advanced building techniques with a Standard Assessment Procedure rating in excess of 100.
