Neighbourhood Response Officer

Role Title: Neighbourhood Response Officer

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £29,761 to £37,201 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Location: Two vacancies - Sussex and West Kent

Contract: Permanent

You'll be managing a portfolio of our estates across either Sussex or West Kent (please state your preference when applying), carrying out minor communal repairs, adaptations, site safety checks, rubbish removal and completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance.

What we're looking for?

We're looking for two Neighbourhood Response Officers to join our Neighbourhood Response teams - one to cover our homes and communities across West Kent areas and one to cover our homes across Sussex areas.

Your experience of completing general property repairs will be valuable to ensure you're able to provide an effective service in customer homes and communal areas. All our Neighbourhood Response Officers are locksmith trained and will go the extra mile for our customers to ensure their concerns are looked into. Together with a current driving licence, an appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people and of the role of a housing association are a must.

You'll be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, providing our customers with the highest quality service. You'll be provided with full IT equipment including laptop, iPad and mobile phone.
