We have a rare and exciting position available for a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join us at our Lewisham office.
You'll be allocated a neighbourhood where you will focus on working with the local community, from time to time you'll support the wider team in delivering services across South London.
You'll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.
