The Vacancy
Are you passionate about working with people to help them prepare for a new tenancy and settle into their new home?
We are looking for a part time New Homes Co-ordinator who will play an integral part in providing guidance and support, ensuring tenants understand their responsibilities and have the tools to maintain a successful tenancy.
You will work closely with our voids delivery team, housing team and our partners at the Local Authority, to provide a seamless move-in process.
Expected date of interviews: Wednesday 26th February 2025
Work4 pilot
We are running a six-month pilot of working a 4-day week (4DW) which started on Monday 30 September 2024.
