Title: New Homes Coordinator

Contracts: 12months Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:30 AM to 5 PM)

Reporting Office: Stratford, London (Must be flexible to travel to sites across

London and Counties )

Persona: Agile (20% - 40% Office Based)

Salary: £32,007 - £35,388 pa (plus ECU payment of £1,300*)

Depending on experience

As a New Homes Coordinator,you will play a key role in delivering high standard home demonstrations for all new build residents upon occupation as part of an efficient customer focussed Aftercare service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a customer facing role and varied workload, no two days will be the same! This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear and determined approach to problem solving. You will need to have excellent customer service and be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Impact in the Role :
  • Have an understand of new build defects and be able to diagnose & report to Customer Care/Contractors
  • Work closely with various departments including Sales, Customer Care & Development to ensure our new build properties are to the highest standard before customers move in.
  • You will visit our new developments and work with contractors to fully understand all equipment/ systems installed in our new build homes to ensure you provide informative home demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide first class advice & support to customers while they settle into their new homes, ensuring that all customers throughout our London and Counties developments have received a home demonstration.
  • Manage assigned schemes ensuring customer satisfaction KPIs are met.
  • Be vigilant to any trends regarding defects and inform the New Homes Manager.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently - there are elements of lone working within the role
