An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent band 5 Occupational Therapist within the dynamic and newly established Complex Needs Service, meeting the needs of the target population within Glasgow City Centre. The post holder will provide specialist assessment, treatment and care to a high risk population presenting with multiple and complex health needs. The post holder will be expected to carry out extensive outreach to various locations within Glasgow City to encourage engagement from clients. In addition to managing a complex physical, mental health & addiction caseload you will also be required to identify barriers and support access to mainstream services.

The post holder will be expected to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency team as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as a practitioner promote, provide and co-ordinate care in a variety of locations. It is preferred you have relevant experience to this post, and essential that you have an Occupational Therapy degree and current membership of HCPC.
