It’s an exciting time to join LHP! With the recent approval of our ambitious ‘Everyday Better’ transformation programme by our Board and Executive Team, we’re building a brand-new Organisational Development team. This team will be at the heart of delivering impactful programmes that strengthen our culture, enhance leadership capability, and boost colleague engagement across the organisation.

We’re introducing three new roles within this team, all working closely with our newly appointed Strategic Lead for Organisational Development. Together, you’ll bring our vision to life, designing and delivering impactful programmes that support meaningful, lasting change.

As an Organisational Development Delivery Lead, you’ll work in close partnership with the Strategic Organisational Development Lead and the wider People and Change team, you’ll play a key part in implementing the Culture Action Plan and ensuring our leaders, teams, and services are well-prepared for change.

Location: Lincolnshire (Our Offices are in Grimsby & Boston)

Salary: £48,500

Contract: Permanent/ Full Time

What could a typical week look like as an Organisational Development Delivery Lead?

Your weekly tasks could include:

  1. Design and implement organisational development initiatives that align with our values, culture, and strategic objectives.
  2. Lead the delivery of key programmes within the Culture Action Plan, including leadership development, team effectiveness, and inclusion-focused initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with HR, communications, customer Inclusion and change teams to ensure consistent messaging and a joined-up approach to organisational development.
  4. Engage with colleagues and managers across the organisation to gather feedback, build trust, and foster a sense of ownership in change initiatives.
  5. Promote open, two-way communication to ensure OD plans are inclusive, well-informed, and supported at all levels.
  6. Support the creation of people frameworks, such as leadership behaviours, career progression pathways, and team charters.
  7. Evaluate the impact of OD activities using data, feedback, and insight to continuously improve our approach and outcomes.
  8. Represent the OD function at internal forums and meetings, championing a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
  9. Oversee the use of the Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring it is maximised through relevant vocational training opportunities.
  10. Manage the corporate training budget effectively, ensuring value for money and alignment with organisational priorities.

This is what you’ll need to thrive in this role

  • Experience in organisational or leadership development, with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Demonstrable evidence of design and implementation of effective development programmes, including conducting training needs analyses.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with confidence engaging and building credibility at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring a measurable return on investment for learning and development initiatives.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a deep understanding of organisational culture and its impact on change and development.
  • Experience working with apprenticeship providers and a good understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy is desirable
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent is desirable
