We're now looking for a Private Rental A''ess Offi'er to help us grow our housing options in the private rented se'tor and support some of our most vulnerable residents.

About the Role
As a Private Rental A''ess Offi'er, you'll lead the development and delivery of our new Private Rented A''ess Programme (PRAP). Your work will dire'tly support the 'oun'il's statutory homelessness team by helping individuals and families a''ess and sustain private rented a''ommodation.
Your key responsibilities will in'lude:
Designing and promoting landlord in'entive pa'kages (finan'ial and non-finan'ial) Building and maintaining strong relationships with private landlords Supporting landlords with tenan'y setup, in'luding sign-ups Mat'hing 'ustomers to suitable tenan'ies and ensuring sustainability Liaising with internal teams and external partners (e.g. DWP, Private Se'tor Housing) Promoting the PRAP through media, mailshots, and outrea'h Keeping a''urate re'ords and 'ontributing to performan'e reporting
