This hands-on role puts you at the heart of these communities. Based primarily at Meadow and Minerva Courts in Bath, you'll divide your time between these schemes, ensuring both the physical spaces and the community spirit are maintained to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing
- Conducting essential safety checks, alarm testing, and maintaining accurate logs
- Acting as the primary contact for customers' queries, concerns, and complaints
- Facilitating community activities and social events to foster connections
- Working with local agencies to coordinate appropriate support
- Ensuring on-site facilities like guest rooms and laundries are well-maintained
- Reporting potential hazards and following up on maintenance issues
- Managing relationships between customers with diplomacy and respect
- Responding to emergencies according to established procedures

Essential:
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
- Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain accurate records and information systems
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Conflict resolution and mediation abilities
- Resilience and assertiveness with ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in residential settings
- Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations
- Experience in supported housing, social care, or community environments
- Community-building and social activity coordination skills
- Patience and empathy with a positive, flexible approach to problem-solving
