Part Time 18.5 hours per week
We are looking for a part time dedicated and empowering Pathway Coordinator Care Leavers Homelessness Manager to over see our work in ensuring our Children in Care and Care Experienced Young People are registered with Devon Home Choice.
The manager will supervise a team of 3 housing support workers to ensure timely applications are made and that once registered this is maintained until they are ready to move on into their own social housing tenancies.
The post holder will be based In Exeter but it may involve travel to our other offices in Barnstaple and Totnes. The housing support workers will be based in each of the 3 localities. The other part time manager in the team overseas the homeless prevention work and supervises the 3 housing advisor posts.
We currently have 540+ Care Experienced Young People open to our service based across the 3 Locality areas.
